I have a Plesk 12.5 installation with CentOs 6.8 Server.
All installations are up to date, but this actually broke my installation after the last Plesk auto upgrade.
At the last Plesk upgrade, my server can no longer use sendmail to send email directly from the server.
The errors I am getting are:
Sep 12 22:58:53 vps-jon postfix/smtpd: connect from localhost[127.0.0.1]
Sep 12 22:58:53 vps-jon postfix/smtpd: disconnect from localhost[127.0.0.1]
Sep 12 22:58:53 vps-jon plesk sendmail: Unable to get sender domain by sender mailname
Sep 12 22:58:53 vps-jony py_limit_out: ERROR Rejecting forged message: PPP_SENDER_VHOST_ID is present in environment, but its value is empty
Sep 12 22:58:53 vps-jon plesk sendmail: handlers_stderr: DATA REPLY:554:5.7.0 Your message could not be sent. The sender’s domain is not registered in Panel, or is misconfigured.#012REJECT
Sep 12 22:58:53 vps-jon plesk sendmail: REJECT during call ‘limit-out’ handler
What is the wrong of all this? Does anyone have any suggestions?
Well, i got this issue before. It is due to the so call mail configuration on plesk gone haywired. Below are the two command you need to do to reconfigure it:
Log into root
$ /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng –reconfigure-all
$ /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk –with-spam
If above reconfiguration are not working for you please, please do Filed it as a bug report today to plesk.
