unetbootin no longer works with Fedora 22

unetbootin no longer works with Fedora 22. I had been using unetbootin since fedora 12, and suddenly its not working for fedora 22. Its kinda disappointing. What should be done? What is the problem? I had google it and there is a workaround.

Description of problem:
[[email protected] ~]# unetbootin
X Error: BadAccess (attempt to access private resource denied) 10

Minor opcode: 1 (X_ShmAttach)

Please take note :
Must be running it as root and it gives the error as mentioned.
Do not run unetbootin as a normal user. When trying to run as a normal user and it says that it needs to be run as root.

A workaround is to use:
$ sudo
$ QT_X11_NO_MITSHM=1 unetbootin

Enjoy~
